When buying a used forklift, it is essential to purchase from a reputable dealer and get a comprehensive warranty on both the forklift and traction battery. At Davcon our used equipment are almost always supplied with brand new batteries.

The answer to this question very much depends on teasing the following:

Our extensive range of equipment begins with the relatively inexpensive manual hand pallet truck, extending right through powered pallet trucks, stackers, reach trucks, man-up very narrow aisle forklifts and order pickers.

Once we know what your requirements are we can tailor a specification for you and price accordingly.

Davcon’s contract hire offering includes use of the equipment in addition to all maintenance and support requirements. Damage or abuse of the equipment is not covered and repairs of same are for the customers account.

Where practical our minimum charge period will be one week.

Typically most of our customers who choose the contract hire route will engage in multi year contracts.

Due to the reliability of our Magaziner Man-Up VNA trucks and BYD counterbalance and warehouse ranges most contract hire customers select contract hire periods of 5 years or longer.
